Between December 2024 and February 2025, CFA organized a series of strategic roundtable discussions with African diaspora leaders, policymakers, and U.S. officials to chart a path forward for U.S.-Africa engagement under the new administration. These gatherings focused on trade and investments, next generation leadership, housing and human settlements, culture and creative industries, and elevating diaspora voices in foreign policy decision-making. The conversations were critical in aligning diaspora stakeholders on a unified strategy for engagement and action under the current administration.
